Function-Oriented Structure

Phase-Oriented Structure

Conception, definition, execution and application. A final report is prepared after each phase.

Mixed Orientation

oriented lower levels.

Work Packages

Job Scheduling

Routine tasks in large, risky projects are divided into small work packages.
